- National Reading Month & P.N. Panicker Tribute: Celebrated annually in June and July with reading pledges, literary quizzes, bookmark designing competitions, and author talks.
- DEAR Time (Drop Everything And Read): A dedicated weekly reading session where all students and teachers immerse themselves in independent reading of their chosen books.
- Pustakopahar (Book Donation Campaign): Senior students graduating from Class X and XII donate their used textbooks and reference volumes to junior classmates, fostering sustainability and peer solidarity.

🎙️ Vaachan Reading Fluency & Diagnostic Tool
In addition to print literature, PM SHRI KV Sulur pioneered the Vaachan Reading Assessment System (vaachan.kvsulur.in). This proprietary software evaluates oral reading fluency, words-per-minute (WPM) rates, pronunciation accuracy, and comprehension levels for primary and middle school students.
Teachers utilize diagnostic reports from Vaachan to provide individualized phonetic support, helping every learner attain expected grade-level reading competencies in accordance with the NIPUN Bharat mission.
